White MDF
MDF is denser and has a more consistent colour when compared to particle board. Therefore, when used as a substrate for white melamine manufacturers can achieve more smooth finishes without reducing quality.
Description
The large majority of our White MDF is used as painted doors and drawer fronts. The white melamine gives a smooth and consistent surface to paint on and reduced the need for extra sealing as raw MDF can absorb large quantities of expensive paint finishes. As an extra bonus your doors will have a white sealed finish to the unpainted areas, again reducing the need to spend more money on 2 pack finishes.
